Pre-orders

From time to time, Clark & Gray may offer products for pre-order before they are available for delivery.

The expected delivery timeframe will be shown on the product page at the time you place your order.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at thea@clarkandgray.com.

Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies.

If there is a significant change or delay to the expected delivery of your pre-order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
