We hope you love your 308. However, if you need to return it, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for a full refund once your 308 has been received and inspected at our HQ.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original condition
- Free from marks, signs of wear, or damage
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for this to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Window
You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

Faulty Items
If your coat arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us on thea@clarkandgray.com within 7 days so we can resolve this promptly.
